Dhillon &Smith’s boutique business law practice spans business dispute resolution, election and campaign law, and corporate transactional, compliance, and intellectual property protection services. The majority of our clients approach us through word-of-mouth referrals from other attorneys, colleagues in civic organizations, candidates for public office, community leaders, social contacts and satisfied clients. Many of our clients come to us for a single matter, sometimes a thorny business dispute, a term sheet, or a ballot description issue, but then come back to us year after year for their other legal needs – negotiating agreements, advising on personal legal matters, serving as a sounding board on the implications of major new endeavors, crafting legal strategy in a political context, or lending a helping hand in a crisis.
