Nitoj Paul Singh joined Dhillon & Smith in 2010. He handles a broad range of contractual and transactional matters involving emerging company / startup business issues. Mr. Singh has counseled companies from their pre-incorporation stage through to significant funding events and profitability. Additionally, he is experienced in the areas of business and commercial litigation.
Mr. Singh received his J.D. from the University of California, Davis – School of Law. In law school, Mr. Singh served as an Executive Editor for the UC Davis School of Law – Business Law Journal. Prior to law school, Mr. Singh received a B.S. in Genetics from UC Davis, and a M.S. in Biology from New York University. He further has extensive biotechnical and pharmaceutical technical experience from several biotech and pharmacological companies.
Mr. Singh is admitted to practice law in the state of California and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
